1. Agreement to Terms
PAX Registry is owned and operated by xcx-lang, based in Poland. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Acceptable Use & Reporting
You agree NOT to use the PAX Registry to:
- Publish or distribute malware, backdoors, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others (code theft or plagiarism).
- Spam, flood, or perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against the registry infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, hack, or disrupt the service or other users' accounts.
- Impersonate other developers, organizations, or official entities.
How to Report Malware or Violations:
If you discover malware or any violation of these terms, please report it immediately:
1. Use the "Report Package" button on the specific
package's page.
2. Contact us via email: contact@xcxlang.com or xcx.contact@proton.me.
3. User Responsibility & Packages
As a developer, you are solely responsible for the packages and content you publish.
- PAX Registry DOES NOT guarantee the safety, security, quality, or functionality of any package.
- All packages are installed and used at the user's own risk.
- We strongly recommend reviewing the source code of any package before integration.
4. No Warranty (Disclaimer)
PROVISIONS FOR NO WARRANTY:
- The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be bug-free or secure.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime or the permanent availability of the service and its data.
- We do not guarantee the correctness or accuracy of any data or metadata provided.
5. Administrative Rights
PAX Registry administrators reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to:
- Remove: Delete any content (packages, versions, profiles) that violates these terms.
- Ban: Suspend or terminate user accounts for security violations or abuse.
- Moderate: Review and approve/reject package publications and developer requests.
- Certify: Designate packages as "Official" or "Certified".
Note: Administrators do not have the technical ability to modify your code or package contents; they can only approve, reject, or remove them.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PAX Registry or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or any package found within the registry.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
